Weight management is about empowering clients with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve lasting goals that result not only in fat loss, but also in the preservation of lean muscle tissue. The weight management program is designed to help clients lose fat not muscle. Protein is absolute, and with the right combination of protein, healthy fats, and fibre, clients learn how to preserve lean muscle tissue, increase strength, and balance energy levels. They are able to reset their metabolism and rebalance many fundamental blood markers of health.

Some clients have struggled with their weight for years, and have succumbed to the latest fad, gimmick or drug, and lost hope after a considerable expenditure of time, energy and money. Leanne’s approach is to arm her clients with the knowledge they need to take control of their health and feel confident in their choices. Emphasis is placed on food quality rather than quantity alone. Clients learn to create meal plans that take their individual wants, needs and lifestyle into account. Leanne empowers clients with the knowledge they need to plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals with confidence. An appraisal is taken of each macro (protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrient (vitamins, minerals) essential for the health and longevity of each client based on their current health, and over 100 easy to prepare recipes, along with a shopping guide is provided. Nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, medical history, and health concerns are addressed to help ensure that metabolic balance is prioritized.

A kitchen content review, in person grocery store shopping session, and/or customized meal plan is available upon request. Clients learn to make healthy choices when eating out in restaurants, as well as when travelling abroad with hormonal balancing practises such as intermittent fasting and circadian rhythms that must be synchronised in order to achieve healthy longevity.
