Weight management is about empowering clients with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve lasting goals that result not only in fat loss, but also in the preservation of lean muscle tissue. A Recipe For Life helps clients lose fat not muscle. Protein is absolute, and with the right combination of protein, healthy fats, and fibre, clients not only preserve lean muscle tissue but also increase their strength and energy as well. They are able to reset their metabolism and rebalance many fundamental blood markers of health.
Some clients have struggled with their weight for years, and have succumbed to the latest fad, gimmick or drug, and lost hope after a considerable expenditure of time, energy and money. Leanne’s approach is to arm her clients with the knowledge they need to take control of their health and feel confident in their choices. Emphasis is placed on food quality rather than quantity alone, and each client receives a customised meal plan with easy to prepare recipes and shopping guide. Nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, medical history, and health concerns are addressed to ensure that metabolic balance is restored.
A kitchen content review or grocery store shopping session is available upon request. Clients learn to make healthy choices when eating out in restaurants, as well as when travelling abroad with hormonal balancing practises such as intermittent fasting and circadian rhythms that must be synchronised in order to achieve healthy longevity.
