A Recipe For Life

Leanne Nolet, Founder, is a former competitive athlete and elite coach who has taken her passion for health and wellness to the next level by obtaining an intensive series of designations in the health/wellness field. This rare combination of competitive athletics and coaching combined with her advanced technical training enables her to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates life coaching, diet, nutrition and stress management.

Technical Designations

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN): As a holistic nutritionist, Leanne uses natural, whole foods, personalized meal plans and nutritional supplements to detoxify, rebuild, and restore essential balance. The term holistic is derived from the Greek word “holos”, meaning “whole”, and in her practice, Leanne addresses the whole person- body, mind, and emotion- helping clients understand the different causes of stress, and how it impacts their overall health. Clients learn about food selection, and preparation, as well as meal planning and healthy snacks to facilitate optimal health. Emphasis is placed on food quality rather than quantity alone.

Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP): a designation awarded to nutritionists who have met the requirements and standards of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. As an ROHP nutritionist, Leanne is trained to assess the biochemical individuality of each client and utilize a full spectrum of customized naturotherapies including: diet and nutritional supplements, lifestyle modification, detoxification and drainage. Special attention is placed on immune health enhancement, as its role in both the prevention of disease and its successful treatment is critical.

Applied Nutritional Microscopy Level 1 & Level II Advanced Certification: Leanne completed both designations to enable her to provide a complimentary method of helping clients identify various imbalances found in the blood, such as iron deficiencies, yeast/fungus/candida, fibrin congestion, folic acid & B12 imbalances, uric acid crystals (byproduct of certain foods), and risk of gout, dehydration, bacteria & parasite infection.

Cancer Coach/ Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP): Leanne completed the Certified Coach Practitioner certification with the Certified Coaches Federation, as well as an extensive Cancer Coaching Program which included The Healthy Breast Program, developed by Dr. Sat Dharam Kaur, an internationally known cancer expert who has presented at the World Conference on Breast Cancer several times. Leanne is committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients by helping them live longer, healthier lives. As well, she has a deep compassion and understanding of the current scientific, holistic and conventional options available to cancer patients and many chronic, degenerative diseases.

An initial consultation with Leanne includes a detailed nutritional and lifestyle assessment, followed by a Live Blood Cell Microscopy screening and PH blood level analysis. An individualized 28 day meal plan with recipes and shopping guide is part of most nutritional follow-up packages. Other natural health & detoxification methods are utilized when deemed necessary.
